Does this sound familiar?

You choose your words carefully, to avoid setting something off.

You apologise — without being sure what for.

You leave conversations more confused than when you walked in.

You feel more alone in the relationship than you did on your own.

That's not you being too sensitive. That's a pattern — and it has a shape you can learn to see.

The two hours

What the two
hours cover

01Identifying narcissism

Learning to see the pattern

  • What narcissistic personality disorder (NPD) really is — and where healthy narcissism ends and the disorder begins
  • NPD, ADHD, autism — what's the difference, and why it's so often confused
  • The different types of narcissists, and how each one operates in relationships
  • The signs of narcissistic abuse: the subtle, the obvious, and the expertly disguised
  • The three most common outcomes for partners: “I'm not enough,” hopelessness, and the unsettling feeling of losing your mind
02How to approach it

What you can actually do

  • Breaking the biggest myths about narcissism — no, you can't “love them into healing”
  • What to look for in a therapist when narcissism is part of your story
  • Couple therapy and narcissism: when it helps, when it harms, and when to run
  • What not to do with a narcissist — unless you enjoy emotional whiplash
What you leave with

Two hours that change
what you can see

A name for it. The relief of finally seeing the pattern clearly, instead of circling the same doubt for another year.
Language for your experience — words for what you've felt but could never quite explain, to yourself or the people you trust.
Narcissism vs. ADHD or autism. Where the two get confused, and how to stop misreading what's actually in front of you.
A realistic map of your options — staying, leaving, or not-yet-sure — and how to protect your clarity whichever way you go.

From last year

In their words.

“Writing this review 6 months after the seminar. Before, I was devastated, giving up on the relationship. I diagnosed my partner a narcissist, and that brought even more distance and rupture between us. My own therapist — hearing only the most horrible from me — questioned why I was still in this abusive relationship. Deep inside, though, something was telling me he wasn't just an ‘abuser’; somehow the label didn't fit. I hadn't even considered that there might be something else entirely! Long story short: he was diagnosed with Asperger's syndrome (ASD). We found the right couple therapist and the right support group for me, and now we are in a completely different space. An example of how pop culture and self-diagnosing can ruin your relationship, life and self. Thanks Dariia, for this life-changing information!”

Mariia M.

“I kept bouncing from therapist to therapist for years with no progress. Thanks to Dariia, I know exactly why it didn't work.”

Attendee · last year

“If you have millions of questions, like me, regarding the topic — this is a place to get all the answers. Such a clarifying two hours.”

Attendee · last year

“It was really informative and helpful.”

Who it's for

For clinicians

For therapists who work with couples or individuals, and who know what NPD is — but feel out of their depth when it's the partner across from you: worn down, second-guessing themselves, not sure what they're in. This is a way into the subject without committing to years of specialist training. You'll leave with:

  • narcissism through a relational lens, and the different types you'll actually meet
  • a real understanding of the partner's and survivor's experience — and how to work with it
  • a clear differential: narcissism vs. ADHD, autism and other neurodivergence, and how each shows up in a relationship

Included with your ticketA Clinician's Field Guide to Narcissistic Relationship Dynamics — a seven-part working guide with formulation maps, intervention traps, and ready-to-use questions and responses for the room. You'll learn what to say when shame turns to rage, what to do when one partner rewrites the other's reality, how to work with one-up/one-down dynamics, and how “reasonable” moves like “What was your part?” can deepen the asymmetry.

A few honest answers

Will anyone see me there?

Your camera stays off the whole time — join as privately as you like. No one needs to know you were in the room. You can ask questions anonymously.

What if I can't make it live?

Every ticket includes the full recording, so you can watch whenever suits you.

Is this therapy?

No — it's education and reflection, not treatment or diagnosis, and not a substitute for your own therapy. Think of it as an honest map of the terrain, from someone who works in it every day.

Is it worth €35?

Two hours with a clinical psychologist, the full recording to keep, and a resource pack — for less than the cost of a single therapy session.

How do I join?

It's on Zoom, in English. The moment you book, the link lands in your inbox — with reminders before we start, so you can't miss it.

What if it's not useful?

Reply to your receipt and I'll refund you. No awkwardness.

I'm a therapist / still in it / already out — is it for me?

All three. The material is built to speak to the clinician, the person still in it, and the one making sense of it afterwards.
